An excellent explanation of what true resilience is, what makes us resilient, and how to be more resilient. It's fun and easy to read, and it's full of practical advice and ways to enhance your resilience. Unlike other books on this topic, Dr. Wagnild bases her understanding of true resilience on scientific research into what she discovered makes us more effective and successful in life. I liked this book so much I gave copies to all my friends for Christmas. A must-buy.
